Charles M. Cronin, founder of Axiom Capital, is a former bank president with an insider's understanding of the lending industry. "Chuck" has been directly involved in the structuring of more than $3 billion in real estate deals in the last fifteen years, and has nurtured creative solutions for consummating loan transactions and fostering equity ventures. His tenacity and "hands-on" problem solving approach has earned Axiom Capital its reputation as the leader in commercial real estate financing.

Prior to founding Axiom Capital, Chuck served as President of Albany's National Savings Bank, a public company traded on NASDAQ. As president, he directed National's overall operations including asset liability management, mergers and acquisitions, security market sales and rating agency compliance. During his tenure, the bank increased in size from $350 million to $700 million in assets. In just five short years, National became one of New York's and the nation's top performing savings institutions. In February of 1993, he structured the sale of National Savings Bank to Key Corporation.

Chuck is an avid rugby player and a graduate of Siena College. He has been, and continues to be, the bastion for providing the vision and direction of the Axiom Companies.

Anthony J. Audi, Jr. has over 30 years diversified financial and operational experience that has spanned a career in public accounting and real estate investment, management and development. He provides Axiom with personal experience and insight as a developer/borrower, and has been involved in all phases of acquiring, negotiating and closing many forms of financing transactions. In addition to Axiom's core business (commercial real estate finance), his responsibilities have included expansion of its highly recognized expertise in the areas of real estate consulting, financial advisory services and property management. Prior to joining Axiom, he spent 18 years managing real estate and securities portfolios of up to $200 and $400 million, respectively as CFO of an upstate New York real estate company. He is a NYS licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Real Estate Broker.

Angela Bansagi has facilitated/managed over $2.0 billion in Commercial Real Estate Closings since joining Axiom Capital in 1996. She is now in the position of Vice President where she will be originating and facilitating transactions. Her prior role as Director of Loan Administration included managing all aspects of the transaction closings and pipeline. In both capacities she has been an invaluable component in initiating and nurturing strong lender and client relationships. Prior to moving to New York, Mrs. Bansagi served as an Internal Auditor at an $1.85 billion federal savings bank in Southern California. She earned a Bachelor's degree from California State University at San Bernardino in 1994 (BA - Business Finance).
