Axiom Capital has arranged a $13,000,000 permanent loan for the refinance of a retail/office portfolio consisting of a standalone medical office building and two muti-tenant retail buildings located in the Hartford MSA. The non-recourse loan was for 7 years at a fixed rate

The two properties in the town of Avon are in close proximity to the Town of Simsbury line – and strategically located along the Simsbury Route 44 retail market. The primary customers attracted to this area come from the upscale suburban residential communities of Avon, Simsbury, Farmington and Canton. The two properties are 11 miles (25 min) away from the Hartford Central Business District.
