The first mortgage is a fixed rate loan that fully amortizes over 20 years. The subject property is a 10,125 SF CVS drug store with a Minute Clinic and a drive-through. CVS Pharmacy is currently the largest pharmacy chain in the United States by number of locations (over 9,800 as of May 2018) and total prescription revenue. The company has an S&P rating of BBB+ and reported a revenue of over $131 Billion in 2017.
