Axiom Capital Corp. has structured and arranged a $6,950,000 permanent loan for the acquisition of an industrial portfolio located along the East Coast of Florida in Daytona, St. Augustine and Jacksonville. The portfolio consists of three properties totaling 145,200 square feet. All three properties have ceiling heights of 30 feet +/- with office buildout of 5-10%. The Daytona property consists of a 34,200 rentable square foot industrial building situated on 4.28 acres +/-. The St. Augustine property, consists of a 60,000 rentable square foot industrial building situated on 4.42 acres +/-. The Jacksonville property, consists of a 51,000 rentable square foot industrial building situated on 3.66 acres +/-.
