The seven year, non-recourse loan was closed at a fixed rate and demonstrated a 2.0x Debt Service Coverage Ratio amortized over 30 years.

The subject property is a 51,440 SF condominium located within a larger 130,000 SF office building built in 2001. The condo was 100% occupied at closing by 14 medical and professional tenants including: University Orthopaedics, Craig Austin Dermatology, eRiver Neurology of New York, and Westage Management. Vassar Brothers Medical Center owns the majority of the remaining space in the building.
