Strategically positioned with high visibility at a corner location on a major interchange with Route 100 (77,090 average cars per day) gives 7240 Parkway Drive immediate access to Washington D.C. (40 minutes), Baltimore (18 minutes), BWI Airport (8 minutes), Annapolis (25 minutes) and Fort Meade (6 minutes).
