The Project will result in the construction of an approximate 80,147 rentable square foot new ShopRite Supermarket. ShopRite will relocate from an existing store located on Hamburg Turnpike less than 1 mile away.
The Project is strategically situated on Hamburg Turnpike and Berdan Avenue, one of the main roads in Wayne with traffic volume at 20,001 MPSI. Wayne is an incredibly dense suburb with more than 235,000 residents within five miles and almost 1,000,000 residents within 10 miles. Average household income within 5 and 10 miles was $136,470 and $141,096, respectively.
