The Property consists of a 14.30-acre site improved with a 99,400 square foot building that was constructed in 1995. The grocery anchor occupies 56,000 square feet and is responsible for the remaining 43,400 square feet of inline retail space with subtenants that include a pharmacy and a mix of local retailers including a hair salon, a wine and liquor store, restaurants, etc.
