 Axiom Capital Corp. has structured and arranged a $15,300,000 construction to permanent loan for the redevelopment of an existing 73,879 square foot shopping center located in Fair Lawn, Bergen County, New Jersey. 

This project involves the renovation of a 61,268 square foot vacant retail building and the completion of a 12,611 square foot addition. A new traffic light is being installed at the entrance to the shopping center. The project is strategically situated in an excellent location right off NJ-208 on Maple Avenue. NJ-208 is a major thoroughfare (switches from four to six lane divided highway) that primarily runs northwest to southeast through suburban areas of Bergen and Passaic Counties. NJ-208 offers access to I-287 (to the North) and NJ-4 (to the South). From NJ-4, access is possible to the Garden State Parkway, NJ-17 and New Jersey Turnpike (I-95).
