Axiom Capital Corporation has arranged $7,000,000 in permanent financing for a six building industrial portfolio in the Capital District Region of NY. The loan was for 10 years and demonstrated a 2.06x Debt Service Coverage, at a 68.9% LTV amortized over 25 years.
The portfolio totals 157,680 SF of warehouse/light industrial space and is located on 18.85 acres. Each of the buildings are 100% occupied.
Three of the subject property buildings are located within the Village of Colonie and three are located within Halfmoon, all within NY’s Capital District Region. Economically, the Capital District is one of the nation’s most stable and top growth markets. It is the epicenter of the area dubbed as Tech-Valley, due to the region’s emergence as a world leader in Semiconductor and Nano Technology research and manufacturing.
