The 90,953 square foot Property has excellent access and visibility with more than a 16,000 annual average daily traffic count at its location on Albany Shaker Road. At the time of closing the property was 100% occupied with 76% of the space leased to tenants that have been in place since 2009 or earlier. The tenant mix includes nationally and regionally recognized companies as well as local companies. These include a supermarket, banks, a gym, the USPS, a restaurant, and a real estate firm.
