DuPage County continues to have the lowest industrial vacancy rate in the region. The Chicago industrial market has demonstrated twenty consecutive quarters of positive net absorption while speculative construction within the infill submarkets remains limited. Rental rates are expected to continue to experience upward pressure as these dynamics persist.
