The property is prominently situated on the corner of Franklin Turnpike and E Main Street.  Both Franklin Turnpike and E Main Street are critical thoroughfares and offer access to Route 17. E Main Street serves as the main thoroughfare to Downtown Ramsey with access to a major NJ transit station.
