Axiom Capital Corp. has structured and arranged a $24,028,422 construction to permanent loan for the first phase of a mixed-use property located in East Greenbush, Rensselaer County, New York.

The first phase will include 78 apartment units, 18,833 rentable square feet of first floor commercial space, and community room/ lobby, services area and storage space in three elevator serviced buildings. The property is approximately 10 minutes southeast of the City of Albany and 19 minutes south of the City of Troy, and is well situated with an easy commute to some of the area’s largest employers.
