The Property is located less than a mile from the interchange at I-88 and Ogden Avenue which provides easy access to I-355 (North-South Tollway), I-294 (Tri-State Highway) and I-290 (Eisenhower Expressway). The Central Business District (“CBD”) of Chicago is approximately 30 minutes east via I-290 and I-88.
The Property is leased to two tenants – DuPage Medical Group and Endotronix. DuPage Medical Group is the largest private health group in DuPage County, and the fourth largest in Metro Chicago with over 370 physician members. Endotronix is a start-up digital health, medtech company which recently announced a major collaboration with the American Heart Association and its first successful human implantation.
