Axiom Capital Corp. has structured and arranged permanent loans totaling $5,800,000 for the refinance of a drug store portfolio located in Texas & Florida. The portfolio consist of three free standing stores.

Two of the properties are in Houston, Texas and one is in Merritt Island in Florida. The properties are in high traffic areas with easy access to the neighboring communities. The stores all signed 20-year lease extensions at the time of closing.
