Axiom Capital Corp. has arranged $6,500,000 in permanent financing for the refinance of a Class A industrial building located in Oakdale, PA. The Property is a new 100,000 square foot warehouse with features including, but not limited to, structural steel frame with concrete tilt-up wall panels, 16 to 20-foot clear ceiling height, 200-foot building depth, 3.8% +/- office, etc.
The Property has access to Exit 44 of Interstate 91 – less than 1.0 mile to the North. Interstate 91 is a primary north–south highway that offers further connections to Interstate 84 to the South – a major east-west highway (9.4 miles) and Interstate 90 to the North – a major east-west highway (20.7 miles).
