The subject property is a 51,939 SF standalone retail facility with approximately 276 parking spaces on ±5.43 acres. The property was originally completed in 2014 and subsequently converted to the Orscheln Farm & Home that opened November 15th, 2018. The new location is the result of the retailer’s plans for continued growth by entering into the Texas market.

The property has outstanding visibility to I-35 and is easily accessible to the greater metro area. Across the street is Waco’s newest H-E-B Plus grocery store. Outparcels around Orscheln Farm & Home includes Chili’s, Verizon, Zoes Kitchen, Starbucks, Potbelly, Bubba’s 33 and Home2Suites by Hilton.
