Axiom Capital Corporation announces the closing of a $25,000,000 million refinance of a 106,606 SF grocery anchored retail plaza in West Milford, New Jersey. The property consists of a 57,000 SF ShopRite, a newly constructed TJ Maxx, and 27,163 SF of inline retail space. The center is strategically situated at a busy intersection in the areas primary retail corridor. Proceeds from the loan refinance will be used towards completing renovations including new parking and paving, new roofs, a complete new façade, new signage and an expansion and remodel for a major tenant.
