Axiom Capital Corp. has arranged $16,000,000 in permanent financing for an office building portfolio in Syracuse, NY. The loan was self-amortizing over a 25 Year term and demonstrated a sub 75% LTV at the time of closing.

The Class A suburban office buildings offer a combined 169,815 square feet of office space situated on ±14.8 acres a 55-acre Class A suburban office park and features approximately 806 surface parking spaces. The Property has undergone significant upgrades (not including tenant related expenses) since 2015 – including roof replacements, elevator replacements, common area renovations, etc.

The Property is prominently positioned within Syracuse’s vibrant northeastern office submarket with excellent access to downtown Syracuse (4.4 miles) and the Syracuse Hancock International Airport (1.3 miles). The Property is adjacent to I-90 – Upstate New York’s major East/West thoroughfare – and within close proximity to I-81, I-690 and I-481.
