Axiom Capital has structured and arranged a $3,100,000 construction to permanent loan for the acquisituon and expansion of a 31,600 SF Industrial Property in Malta, New York. 

The property is located in the state-owned Saratoga Technology + Energy Park and adjacent to Luther Forest Technology Campus. Upon completion the property will be leased to an American manufacturer of rugged LED lights for bridges, car washes, tunnels, food factories and more. This manufacturer has won high profile contracts to produce LED lighting for projects for Space X, Kennedy Center Launch Complex and Holland Tunnel – to name just a few. The property will serve as new headquarters and an operations and manufacturing center. The project includes renovating and expanding a vacant 21,000 +/- square-foot building and will add 10,600 square feet of new high bay warehouse and manufacturing space.
