Axiom Capital Corporation has arranged a $4,800,000 permanent loan for the acquisition of an office building in Hanover, MD. The non-recourse loan was for 10 years at a fixed rate with 2 years of interest only payments.
The 74,156 square foot, four story multi-tenant office building was constructed in 1985. The building is situated on a 5.28-acre parcel with excellent access to Route 100 and Route 295. Strategically positioned with high visibility at a corner location on a major interchange with Route 100 (77,090 average cars per day) gives 7240 Parkway Drive immediate access to Washington D.C. (40 minutes), Baltimore (18 minutes), BWI Airport (8 minutes), Annapolis (25 minutes) and Fort Meade (6 minutes). Fort Meade, which also houses the National Security Administration (NSA), has been a large catalyst for regional employment growth in recent years.
