The 74,000 square foot portfolio is comprised of two buildings situated on one tax parcel totaling approximately 2.68 acres. The buildings were constructed in 1968 and have been meticulous, maintained by the Borrower for decades. The typical size of leased space is currently 8,000 to 20,000 square feet. Historically, the Property has maintained a strong occupancy level – at or near 100%.
