The portfolio consists of three properties totaling 145,200 square feet. All three properties have ceiling heights of 30 feet +/- with office buildout of 5-10%. The Daytona property consists of a 34,200 rentable square foot industrial building situated on 4.28 acres +/-. The St. Augustine property, consists of a 60,000 rentable square foot industrial building situated on 4.42 acres +/-. The Jacksonville property, consists of a 51,000 rentable square foot industrial building situated on 3.66 acres +/-.
