Axiom Capital Corp. has structured and arranged a $7,750,000 permanent loan for the refinance of an industrial portfolio located in Colonie and Halfmoon, NY.
The portfolio consists of four buildings totaling 135,960 square feet. Two buildings are located in Colonie – one is a 14,020 square foot industrial/flex building with 17 +/- spaces situated on 1.20 acres. The other is a 9,300 square foot industrial/flex building with 24 +/- spaces situated on 2.31 acres. The two buildings located in Halfmoon, consist of a 86,580 square foot industrial flex building with 126 +/- spaces situated on 8.18 acres. The other is a 26,060 square foot industrial flex building with 47 +/- spaces situated on 3.56 acres. A key driver of the properties’ success are their locations in the heart of the Capital Region and their access to major arterials such as, I-87 and I-90.
