Axiom Capital has structured and arranged a $25,356,396 construction to permanent loan for a Class A, multi-tenant medical office building located in Utica, New York.
The project entails the construction of a 3-story, 76,393 rentable square foot building situated on approximately 1.46 acres and will offer on-site surface parking on two nearby parcels that are 1.09 acres +/- combined. The first floor will include reception, imaging, lab and pharmacy. The second floor will include CNY Cardiology space and private practice suite(s). The third floor will include the ambulatory surgery center and office suites. The state-of-the-art downtown location is situated on the corner of State Street and Columbia Street, and has access to NY Routes 5, 8 and 12 with connections to NY Routes 840 and 49 as well as I-790 and I-90.
